Meet Lisa
Founder of Regulated app. I’m a Tension and Trauma Release practitioner, trained in somatic therapy.
I created Regulated to make somatics and nervous system regulation accessible for people beginning their journey. I celebrated when I learned the theory of nervous system regulation. It helped me to make so much sense of my experience. And yet I still felt stuck, stuck resonating with the theory and not feeling any different.
Change happens by including the body and I've designed this app to be just the right foundation of education, focusing more on experiential somatic practices to create the transformation you're looking for in your daily experience.

Regulated App
